Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original, unopened PanzerGlass® packaging inside a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
